Hibiscus House Fort Myers: Charming Historic Stay in Southwest Florida
The travel bug bit, and I got the inch. So I packed a spend the night back and headed south to downtown Ft. Myers. Most of the time I plan out trips wayyyy in advance, stalking the Bed n Breakfasts reviews like a an unhinged man in a true crime documentary. However this was a quickie, so I hopped on AirBnb and found this gem. I decided to find the actual website and book directly, because you get a slightly better discount and It feels more personal in my opinion.
This place had everything honestly…
We stayed in the ______ room which had this private balcony, and just check out these photos of the room.

So cute right? King bed, rainfall shower, and books? Say less! You get your own parking spot, which is always a win. This is walking distance from The Edison and Ford Winter Estates. For dinner, we went to Al Copone’s for pizza, 7/10, then dessert. Also the next day we took a short drive to Sanibel island, which I highly recommend. Over all, if you live semi close and need a quick date night or a solo night to reset, this is your spot.
