Must-Try Florida Donuts on Your Next Road Trip

Let’s get really honest when you’re traveling, who is really counting the calories? Right as you pull out of the driveway it’s like the calorie deficit was left at home on the counter right next to your sunglasses… which soon you will notice are missing, and might lead into a Jiffy store stop for the $9.99 dupe special.

Ok back to the real topic and why you are here….. Donuts! I’ve put together a list of donut places that are a Win Win in my playbook. Now these are not donut shops I would drive 5 hours for however, if you are already on a trip or nearby then add a stop to the itinerary. Andddd when you bite into one of these warm glazed strawberry icing donuts, say to yourself “I deserve this” because you know what? YOU DO!

Jupiter Donuts – Palm beach

Jupiter Donuts has 5 spots in South Florida depending on where your road trip takes you, this donut spot is worth the extra 10 minutes added onto your GPS or send the hubby on a morning breakfast run from the hotel.

Peace, Love and Little Donuts – St, Augustine

Tiny Donut, Big Taste St. Augustine spot with the cutest little mini donuts over 50 flavors to pick from, and each one delivers big taste!

Flat Fish – Gainesville

The name sounds kinda weird, but trust me these are the best donuts in Gainesville, Florida. They do have limited hours and sell out quickly. Check the Facebook or Instagram before going.

Voo Doo Donuts – Orlando

Located in Universal CityWalk, these donuts are fun and the vibes are really cool quirky, colorful, and full of personality!

This donut list is going to keep growing as I travel around Florida and my taste buds right along with it! I’ll be adding more spots as I discover them, so this will be an ever growing list of my favorite donut stops around the sunshine state.
